Status
Axynoxia holds no security certification yet. This page states what is in place today, so you can judge it against your own requirements.
Hosting
This website runs on Cloudflare Pages. Our products run on an OVHcloud virtual private server behind a reverse proxy with automatic TLS certificates. Server access is by key only.
Access control
Our products use role based access, and the ERP and invoicing platforms support two factor authentication. Production access is limited to named people.
Backups
Product databases are backed up nightly. Encrypted copies of these backups, selected uploaded files and deployment configuration are stored off the server. Backup verification and restore tests cover specific snapshots; they do not guarantee uninterrupted service or a fixed recovery time.
Web security
The website sends a Content Security Policy and publishes a security contact file at /.well-known/security.txt.
Personal data
We process inquiry information and website usage data through the tools described in our privacy policy. A data processing agreement is available on request.
