1. Who We Are
Axynoxia is an enterprise software company. When you use our contact form, we collect and process the personal data you provide. This policy explains how we handle that data in compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable data protection laws.
2. Data We Collect
When you submit our contact form, we collect: your name, email address, company name (optional), selected service interest, and the message you write. Website measurement and visitor tools also process usage and device information, as described in the cookies and analytics section.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use inquiry information to respond to you and assess whether a project engagement is a mutual fit. We use service providers to host the website, deliver inquiry emails, manage business contacts, and support visitor identification where consented: Cloudflare, OVHcloud, Brevo, Google Workspace, HubSpot, Microsoft Clarity, and Apollo.io. These providers process inquiry or usage information strictly to deliver those services. Website measurement and visitor tools are described separately below. We do not use your inquiry information for marketing without explicit consent, and we do not sell it.
4. Legal Basis
Our legal basis for processing your data is legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR and applicable data protection laws), specifically responding to business inquiries you have initiated. For analytics and advertisement cookies, our legal basis is your explicit consent via our cookie banner.
5. Data Retention
We retain prospect inquiry and CRM contact data for 12 months from the last recorded interaction, reviewed during our quarterly CRM hygiene cycle, after which inactive records are deleted or anonymized. Contractual and invoicing records for active clients are retained for the statutory 10-year accounting archive period.
6. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, delete, or restrict the processing of your personal data. You may also object to processing or request data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at contact@axynoxia.com.
7. Cookies & Analytics
We use Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use our website. Clarity records how the pages are used, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, so we can see where the site is hard to use. Text you type into forms is masked and never sent to Clarity.
Google Analytics cookies and Microsoft Clarity only run after you accept analytics cookies in our cookie banner. If you reject them, Clarity does not load and no Clarity cookies are set. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button in the corner of every page. Microsoft's privacy statement is at privacy.microsoft.com.
If you accept advertisement cookies, we also load Apollo's website visitor tool, which tells us which companies visit the site so we can follow up with relevant businesses. It stores an anonymous visitor ID in your browser. If you reject advertisement cookies, it does not load, and any ID it stored earlier is removed. Apollo's privacy policy is at apollo.io.
We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views and measure load speed. It sets no cookies, stores nothing in your browser and does not track you across sites, so it runs without a consent choice.
